It has never happened and with Mom's wheelchair, we have to hope the ground is dry or get her out a different way.\nTwo of the staff are helpful and nice. The manager is the one that says things and doesn't follow through.\nAll the people here seem to get along for the most part and they are all very friendly and considerate of each other. Be cautious if you have a pet because the rules for pets have changed\nnumerous times since we have moved in with our dog. We have so many activities, there seems to be something for everyone, if you like crafts, exercise, games (inside and outside), dancing, and others.\nOn the whole, it is a great place to be. We were use to having a house and not so much aware of the problems that could arise in an apartment complex. \nOur apartment flooded in Jan. when our pipes broke and still is not finished to the extent as we had when we moved in. Just be more aware and cautious of different things that I guess we had no clue about.\nThis is supposed to be a gated community and more than half the time since we have been here, the gates are either broken or just not closed. When you're checking out other facilities for my mom, everybody would say hi, but nobody knew anyone's names. These are independent apartments.\nThe one complaint I do have is that there is not enough parking for guests. I go see my mom 3 times a week and there is no parking.\n6. They have plenty of great activities.\n7. It is definitely on the expensive side but the protection in place is great. Sadly you can't get deliveries because it is a fortress.\n\nJust know that there is limited guest parking and none of the delivery drivers can find the place. Good luck order a pizza because they can not get it.
